Thank you for considering our Roblox map creation services. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for both parties, please take a moment to review the following important policies.
By commissioning a map or service from Cryptent Studios, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a commission.
Once a purchase is made, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure that you are certain about your order before making a payment.
All pricing is quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins, as agreed in your project order. Work does not commence until the agreed payment has been received.
Please provide detailed and specific instructions for your map creation. Any changes or additional requests after the project has begun may incur extra charges. We are committed to delivering high-quality work. However, please note that revisions are limited. Major revisions that significantly alter the initial project scope will require additional fees.
Each commission includes a limited number of revisions, defined when your order is placed. Minor adjustments are included; changes that alter the agreed scope, layout, or core concept will be quoted as additional work.
Our typical turnaround time will be discussed upon order placement. Delays may occur due to the complexity of the map, but we try to keep you informed every step of the way. We provide regular updates on your map's progress. If you require a specific deadline, please communicate this clearly before the project begins.
You agree to provide accurate references, clear instructions, and timely feedback. Delays in communication or missing assets on your end may extend the delivery timeline. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any references or assets you provide to us.
Upon final payment, you will own the rights to the map. This does not include rights to the assets used to make the map. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon. We appreciate credit for our work where applicable. If you'd like to keep our involvement confidential, please inform us in advance.
You own the completed map upon final payment. You do not own the individual assets, tools, or techniques used to create it. Pre-existing assets remain the property of their respective creators and are used under their applicable terms.
We communicate primarily through email and Discord. We reserve the right to pause or decline work if a client is abusive, threatening, or unresponsive for an extended period.
If you cancel after work has begun, payments made are non-refundable. We may terminate a commission if these terms are breached, with any work delivered up to that point remaining payable.
Cryptent Studios and Cryptent Holdings Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our maps or services. Our total liability for any commission is limited to the amount paid for that commission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Ontario law.
We offer limited support after project completion to address any minor issues. This does not include significant changes or additional content creation.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
